Conference Origin:
This is the sixth in a series of Particle Physics meetings
that began in 1995 in Strasbourg, France. With the
continuing interest in heavy flavor physics and hyperons,
it was felt desirable to organize a biannual meeting at
which the community of High Energy Physicists, both
experimentalists and theorists, could convene to interact
and discuss topical issues.

Proceedings:
The proceedings of this conference will be published in
Nuclear Physics B (proceedings Supplements) and will be
peer-reviewed. Submission deadline is 30 August 2004 so that
the publication of proceedings can follow our tradition of
rapid publication by April 1, 2005. A volume of the
proceedings will be provided to every participant, with the
cost included in the registration fee. All contributions must
be in the format specified by
Elsevier publishers.
